Ramadet.com
Ramadet is a social portal where community of users share, learn, and test knowledge organized in multi-modal Lectures. Most parts of user interface are voice-enabled thanks to the voice input as well as speech synthesis (only with Opera? browser).
A Lecture is comprised of Atoms. An Atom is a basic testable unit of knowledge. In another words, Atom is similar to a dictionary entry - it defines a concept name (e.g. ‚New York‘), its description (‚the largest multicultural city‘), a list of synonyms (‚Big Apple‘), and is represented with different Media (image, audio, video).
A collection of Atoms creates a Lecture. The users can excercise Lectures either in Learn mode or in Quiz mode. The only thing the creator of a Lecture has to do is a formulation of specific quiz questions, the corresponding answers and the selection of proper Media for representation.
We are pleased if you join us in process of extending corporation of Atoms and/or creating new interesting Lectures from new or existing Atoms. You can thus take advantage of other´s work because comunity will profit from everyone´s contribution. If you do not have a user account yet, registration is free. Click here to Sign Up, only a valid e-mail address is needed.
